Single Slider Series

Wardco Single Hung and Single Slider windows provide traditional styling with modern features. Our Single Hung window recently tested to the highest air and water infiltration standards acheivable. Add the ease of tilt-in or lift-out cleaning functionality and you have one of the best windows on the market.

Single Hung Tilt Window

Single Hung Tilt windows consist of one operating lower sash and a fixed upper sash. The lower sash slides up and down to ventilate and tilts inward from the top for easy cleaning. In 2013, the Wardco single hung was tested to the highest possible rating for air and water infiltration – A3 and B7. With ratings this high, we can honestly say that there is no better single hung window on the market! We achieve these results by using a thicker vinyl extrusion, a newly designed sill pocket and both internal and external reversible weep covers that let water out without letting air in.

Low Profile Fixed Window

Often referred to as a “picture window”, the low profile fixed window is most often used as a companion to single hung and double hung windows or as a stand-alone picture window. It is also the only profile used when creating curved and angled shaped windows as its thin frame profile allows for easiest bending.
